KisuKisu

Terms of Use

Effective 25 October 2026. These terms cover the KisuKisu app for Android (package com.kisukisu.app).

The short version. KisuKisu is free to use. It turns your voice into text on your phone. AI can get things wrong, so read important text before you send it. What you dictate and send is up to you.

Free, as it is

KisuKisu is free. There are no ads and no subscriptions. It is provided "as is": we work hard to make it good, but we can't promise it will always work perfectly or be available on every phone.

AI can make mistakes

Speech recognition and cleanup are done by AI models, and they can mishear a word, drop one, or change what you meant. Check anything important, such as names, numbers, dates and amounts, before you send it.

Your words are yours

You are responsible for what you dictate and send, and for following the rules of the apps you use KisuKisu in. KisuKisu doesn't see, store or check what you write on any server.

Cloud providers

If you turn on a cloud speech engine or polish provider in Settings, you use it under your own agreement with that provider and with your own API key. Their terms and privacy rules apply to what you send them. See the Privacy Policy for what they receive.

AI models and their licences

The AI models KisuKisu downloads come with their own licences, for example the LFM Open License, the Gemma Terms of Use and the NVIDIA Open Model License. You can find the full list in the app under About → Third-party licences.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using KisuKisu, including text that was transcribed or cleaned up wrongly. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights that the law guarantees you.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Who we are
